COPS (Crucible Order Processing System)
Produces specific sequencing of work router for the optimal fulfillment of specialized orders. Used for determining feasability and cost of customer inquiries, and for the actual production of the order.
Charge & Product Application
Developed a touchscreen-based system for mill workers, replacing outdated paper processes with real-time data entry.
Metallurgical Testing Program
Customer and Grade-level metallurgical testing requirements appear when material is logged in to the Met Lab. Results are entered, and the program assigns a pass/fail status to the test. Results are available for product certification at shipping.
Traffic System
Provides a user-friendly screen for assigning orders to loads, and loads to trucks for shipping. Generates all needed paperwork.
Personnel Scheduling and Payroll
Supervisors create their employees' work schedules. After the work-week is complete, Supervisors can modify the past schedule and verify the work hours. The program will then convert the work hours to Earning codes, hours and pay for payroll processing.
Mobile Work Order System
Built a cross-platform mobile app integrated with PC-based maintenance systems, enhancing operational mobility.
